Based on the OCM provided file, that is no longer being given out, comes a comprehensive Documentation Folder Map.

From first inspection to opening day and beyond, OCM requires and can request SOPs and Logs at a moments notice. Each folder and sub-folder Name was created so ANYONE on your team can confidentally navigate the documents needed.

Don't forget to pick up our Inspection Readiness Checklist, created based on the OCM checklist districuted to earlier businesses who completed the FPOR. (Found out recently, they have stopped doing this)
